Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure sustainable growth of business by improving sales and obtaining new customers and market share.
∎ To setup/review the sales and marketing plan for achieving company's yearly target.
∎ To attend buyer meeting, customer feedback, price negotiation with buyer.
∎ To develop/onboard new customers as well as progress the existing business/customers.
∎ Communication with buyer directly/individually and uphold the company's legacy and reputation to the customer.
∎ To Monitoring/supervising in every aspect of Marketing & Merchandising
∎ To setup short term and long term marketing goals in terms of production capacity and make execution those plans by performing individual/team
∎ Present diversified product by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have close intimation with the following customers like Inditex/Best seller/H&M/M&S/PVH/Tom-Tailor/Kiabi/Walmart/Zara.
∎ Capable to handle/onboard direct buyer.
∎ Candidate should have minimum 5 years of working experience on handling direct customer/buyer in knit garments company in sales & marketing.
∎ Excellent communication skill both verbal and written to build strong professional relationship among the customers/brand, internal or external stakeholder.
∎ Candidate should have excellent leadership skill as well as negotiation/convincing capacity.
∎ Should have strategic knowledge in Management, Logistic and Financial matter.
