∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
∎ Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA will be a strong advantage.

∎ Proven track record in a senior managerial role.
∎ Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, financial regulations, and industry practices.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A reputed spinning concern export-oriented group of companies, looking for a professional as follows:
∎ Plan, execute, and oversee internal audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and operational procedures.
∎ Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal audit framework for the organization.
∎ Identify risks in financial and operational processes and recommend effective risk management strategies.
∎ Conduct regular risk assessments and design controls to mitigate risks.
∎ Evaluate the company’s adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with local laws, international accounting standards, and company policies.
∎ Recommend improvements in internal processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on action plans.
∎ Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management, outlining key findings, risks, and corrective actions.
∎ Maintain thorough documentation of audit processes, findings, and outcomes.
∎ Lead and mentor the internal audit team to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to implement audit recommendations effectively.
∎ Conduct special audits or investigations as required by management.
∎ Provide insights on financial irregularities or operational inefficiencies.
