Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower budget control.
∎ Ensure timely selection & placement.
∎ Follow up on critical recruitment (Workers, NMS & MS).
∎ Conduct induction session with management staff.
∎ Employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
∎ Review/ update salaries/ compensation package and incentives to keep it competitive at all times.
∎ Review & Monitoring Absenteeism & Turn over.
∎ Payroll Management.
∎ Resolve employee’s grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Ensure congenial work environment through employee-management relationship
∎ Organizational development and T&D.
∎ Prepare Company policy, procedures, Code of ethics and conduct for all employees.
∎ Ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
∎ Attend plant meeting.
∎ HR (Payroll, Recruitment, T&D, OD, OPEX, HRP) KPI review with General Manager.
∎ Assist on Policy & SOP preparation.
∎ Review Organizational Effective Kaizen-Organogram, Review Strategic HR management; Career planning, Retention and recruitment of talent management.
∎ Direct coordinate with the CEO in formulating the growth strategy of the company.
∎ One on One review with Recruitment, HR, Admin, Payroll, L&D & IR.
∎ Follow up fair shop establish & monthly CSR activities.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
