Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate.
∎ MBA (major in Marketing) will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Remain updated with the market information & situation in the national and international arena.
∎ Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly and yearly sales target as set by the management.
∎ Responsible to setup effective Sales & Marketing strategy to develop sales volume.
∎ Visit & meet the dealers & customers as frequent as possible.
∎ Handling all dealers & customers with proper care.
∎ Address the gray areas of the business in individual and team works.
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
∎ Do the needful evaluation & research on the market.
∎ Ensure Individual Sales as per given target by the management.
∎ Set up dealers/ Parties to maximize sales growth.
∎ Ensure collection against sales as per company policy.
∎ Receiving customer's feedback/ problems and solving them without delay.
∎ Prepare analytical reports for the knowledge of higher management.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Able to work under pressure and anywhere as required.
∎ The applicants must have 10 years experience in Feed/Consumer Sales & Marketing.
Salary:
