∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall activities of all Factory Stores & Warehouse .
∎ The ideal candidate should have commendable practical experience and thorough knowledge to manage different stores (Yarn/Dyes & Chemical/Accessories /General Store/ Wastage Store) of a Knit Composite Factory.
∎ The candidate should have adequate intelligence & knowledge to ensure proper housekeeping of the factory complex and find out vacant space to accommodate goods as & when required.
∎ Candidate has to report immediately to his superior in case of any major discrepancies in storage materials and building;
∎ Dealing of all items all-time contact to supply chain, Accounts, commercial department & varies supplier.
∎ Ensure compliance of store activities and implement health & safety measures as per company policy also develop and maintain Security policy of warehouse.
∎ Lead the warehouse/store team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
∎ Monthly submitted report on consumable items category wise consumption costing value as per company policy.
∎ Issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Deal with internal and external Auditors during stock verification.
∎ Improvement and development of warehouse also leading fabric store, accessories store workers and plan work Schedule accordingly orders Schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ex-Army (EME Store) or Ordinance Store would be given priority.
∎ Must have computer knowledge
