Job Context:
∎ The largest and leading Agro-Industrial Group of Companies in Bangladesh is seeking energetic, self-driven and experienced Leader for its large Sales & Marketing team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and review plan, policy and budget for business.
∎ Ensure effective communication with dealers/distributors, farmers and Sales & Marketing team.
∎ Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.
∎ Arranging annual/biannual/monthly dealers/distributors conference & coordination meeting.
∎ Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing feeds selling.
∎ Generate new ideas and techniques for Sales & Marketing.
∎ Achieving the goals as per target.
∎ Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
∎ Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be conversant in using computer, MS Office, email, etc.
∎ Candidates should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent communication, coordination & leadership skill.
