Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the team in order to perform day to day functions and accomplish department objectives.
∎ Controlling and monitoring the buyer order & Coordinate Production planning.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned "Time and Action Plan" on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity
∎ Leading & communicating with buyers independently for pricing, marketing & business development.
∎ Carrying out instant costing of different products in connection with profitable order procurement.
∎ Leading and developing team to achieve KPI, developing SOP & taking all over team responsibilities.
∎ Directing design team to meet customer expectations.
∎ Taking right strategy & technique to increase sales, profitability through meeting buyers' expectation.
∎ Ensuring achievement of KPIs like cost saving, sales increase, plus shipment, capacity utilization, on time shipment, profitability.
∎ Drive for searching new buyers, markets, assessing business trend and understanding buyers' requirement.
∎ Coordinating & directing internal stakeholders like production, quality, planning, sourcing team for on-time shipment.
∎ Maintaining the existing client base by meeting expectations.
∎ Follow up total garment manufacturing process from sample development to deliveries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years of relevant field experience in Knit Merchandising.
∎ Highly capable for sourcing in BD & Abroad.
∎ Must be fluent in English both in verbal and written.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office, Oracle ERP.
∎ The candidate must have ability of excellent communication.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
