• BBA/MBA degree in Finance, Accounting.

• CA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

• Strong Finance & Accounts experience in apparel/garment manufacturing.

• EPZ experience highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of garment costing and manufacturing finance.

• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

• Internal controls, audit, VAT, Tax and statutory compliance.

• ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel knowledge.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

Soorty Textiles (BD) Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of AGM / SENIOR MANAGER – FINANCE. The selected candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, and ensuring effective cost control and financial planning within the organization.

• Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.

• Manufacturing Costing & Profitability Management.

• Financial Operations & Controls.

• Compliance, Taxation & Audit.

• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, taxation, VAT, and statutory requirements.

• Maintain financial compliance with relevant EPZ/BEPZA requirements.

• Management Reporting & Business Analysis.

• ERP, Process Improvement & Digitalization.

• Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination.
