Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance or Business
∎ Part or fully qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) will be an added advantage.
∎ SAP Certification is mandatory (FI or CO module).
∎ Proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA FI-CO module implementations / management (Consultant or Super User) for apparel manufacturing clients.
∎ Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI-CO module functionalities and integration with other SAP modules.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Configuration Management and Improvements:
∎ Lead improvements to the configuration of the SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) module to align with the financial processes of the apparel manufacturing industry.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
∎ 2. Financial Process Optimization:
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement within the SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) domain and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
∎ Analyze and improve FI-CO sub-module configurations,
∎ FI - General Ledger Accounting, Bank Accounting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Treasury / Funds Management.
∎ CO - Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Activity-Based Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Cost Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
∎ 3. Business Process Analysis:
∎ Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes pertaining to SAP S/4HANA FI-CO module and propose improvements with SAP best practices.
∎ Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective business solutions through best-fit system configurations.
∎ 4. End-User Support and Optimization:
∎ Provide ongoing support to Investigate and resolve issues timely efficient manner and optimize the end-users' adaptability towards the SAP S/4HANA FI-CO processes.
∎ Collaborate with other SAP functional Executives (e.g., Materials Management, Sales & Distribution) to ensure smooth integration between the FI-CO module and other relevant modules.
∎ Collaborate with the internal and external SAP support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
∎ 5. User Training & Documentation:
∎ Develop and deliver end-user training programs for the SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules.
∎ Transfer knowledge to internal teams, empowering them to use and maintain the SAP system effectively.
∎ Create documentation and training materials to ensure users can effectively utilize the system.
∎ 6. Reporting and FI-CO period-end management:
∎ Generate and analyze FI-CO reports to ensure and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting integrity.
∎ Advise and improve product costing, OH Absorption, and other Cost and Management accounting processes.
∎ 7. System Upgrades, Enhancements & Data Integrity:
∎ Work with the development team to design, test, and implement system upgrades or enhancements to the SAP S/4HANA FI-CO module when necessary.
∎ Perform regular data validation checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information within the SAP S/4HANA.
∎ 8. Stay Current with SAP Trends:
∎ Stay abreast of Apparel and textile Industry trends and related SAP releases to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
