Job Context:
∎ • Personnel who are good at personal selling and want to develop their career in Real Estate Sector are the right choice to join us.
∎ Department- Sales (Duplex)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Day-to-day sales monitoring for all sales team members.
∎ • Accountable for his own sales team performance.
∎ • Developing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly and monthly updates in connection to the company's yearly business plan.
∎ • To be responsible for the leading Sales team(s) to obtain assigned targets through marketing forces.
∎ • Ensure team sales activities by the implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with the top management.
∎ • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
∎ • Developing, Enhancing, implementing comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
∎ • Regular analysis of sales trends & upcoming sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
∎ • Proposing & implementing sales promotion.
∎ • Market analysis for correct strategies development for sales and pricing.
∎ • To participate in any other activities as when required in house and abroad as part of management desire
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years of service experience with proven track record in Duplex sales.
∎ The individual should have experience in the following area (s): Real estate industry, Group of Companies, Renowned Multinational Company.
∎ Able to show professionalism in most negative environment
∎ Strong leadership skill and believe in team building concept
∎ A can-do attitude is required to perform at highest level in this position and excellent presentation skills
∎ Stress taking ability and bear right mentality to meet the deadline
∎ An excellent communication skill (Written & Oral) in English is a must
∎ Focus on Problem solving and Analytical skill
∎ Computer literacy is a must along with advance knowledge in MS office suite.
