Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
∎ To develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ To plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities.
∎ To promote the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
∎ To research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ To implement new sales plans and advertising.
∎ To maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
∎ Motivate and inspire the sales team to get the work done.
∎ Development of new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Assist the sales team to meet the monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Manage and develop dealers in respective areas and take full responsibility for payments recovery.
∎ Analyze the present market and create a new market for Aluminium & S.S Pipe sales.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan in line with yearly marketing plan, product performance and competitor's activities.
∎ And any other assignment which may be assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
