Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline in Marketing
∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) will be preferred.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
buisiness development, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Market Research, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for personal and team(s) land(plot)/Flat sales targets. He will take necessary measures (plan, design, and implement sales & marketing activities) to fulfill the sales targets set by higher management.
∎ To be responsible for Individual & Corporate Sales of Land(Plots)/Flat. And he will be reporting to the Hon'ble Managing Director.
∎ Achieve personal and team(s) sales target.
∎ Leading team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Generate sales leads for the team and supervise them.
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Generating own inquiries and close deals independently.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Prepare monthly sales report and other sales related reports as per requirement.
∎ Generate sales leads for the team and supervise them.
∎ Maintaining good relation with the client.
∎ Recruit sales personnel.
∎ Run marketing activities.
∎ Proven track record of sales negotiation.
∎ Presently working in land development project will be preferred.
∎ Age and educational qualification will be relaxed for efficient and effective candidates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Have to have experience in land development companies.
∎ Fully motivated and hard working.
∎ Good skills in communication.
∎ Fluency in written & spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Sound Computer (MS Office) Knowledge.
∎ Good skills in social media and online marketing.
∎ Have to have good client leads (client bank) and vigorous contact with them.
