Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment in product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
Monitor sales performance metrics, track sales activities, and prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings to represent the company and promote cosmetics products.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in cosmetics to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
Manage budget and resources effectively to optimize sales operations and achieve desired financial results.
Develop new service offers and get approval from management.
Follow up with sales points and ensure on-time payment collection.
Any other task assigned by Management.
