Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Noman Group, the largest Bangladeshi conglomerates in the textiles and garments sector in Bangladesh. We export annually over $1 billion in textile and garment products around the world, and employing over 70,000 people.
∎ Maintain and follow up production quality and quality control system and help production team to achieve daily target production of 70,000KGS of yarn with 100% quality.
∎ Find problems in yarn and make root cause analysis of defects.
∎ Resolve manufacturing problems, offering on sight solutions during the inspections.
∎ Solve instant problems and take to preventive action.
∎ Ensure those problems related to the quality of the yarn are solved within the planned timeline so that lead time dates are always met.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the yarn.
∎ Setting Q.A team, motivate them by counseling, train them as necessary to ensure that targets are achieved.
∎ Setting QA/QC compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Maintain records pertaining to Inspection Reports, Audits, and Test Results & QA Planner/Activity.
∎ Timely & periodic distribution of the reports generated based on the data maintained.
∎ Report QC related report to both project head and top management on regular basis plus as and when required.
