Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University;
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed University will be preferred;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit Garments (lingerie item)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the development, implementation, and strict adherence to Quality program of Lingerie Garments;
∎ Develop and/or review standard policies, and procedures for all functions;
∎ Develop and lead Quality Assurance by configuring world class Lingerie Garments manufacturing and operating profit to the company;
∎ Reviews and resolves quality control problems/concerns with the Quality Control team and other including vendors, customers;
∎ Manage and maintain the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the required quality of the garments;
∎ Periodically inspects completed quality control checklists, forms, and other documents; randomly inspects and verifies quality control checks for conformance to prescribed standards;
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and initiate necessary measures;
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attribute;
∎ Update information on technical operations and cost parameters at every stage of the quality process and conduct audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report;
∎ Receive and review all customer satisfaction surveys and customer contacts and complaints.
∎ Review complaint trends and product/component failure analysis; reviews corrective actions with appropriate personnel;
∎ Compile quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, recommend continuous improvement activities;
∎ Implement quality training programs for key quality & manufacturing personnel and also supply chain partners;
∎ Prepare reports and other documentation required by regulatory agencies and to support the quality function;
∎ Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ At least 10 years' experience in related field with 1-2 years in similar position;
∎ Demonstrated analytical, motivational, communication, conceptualization and planning skills;
∎ Experience in overseeing implementation, tracking the progress, reporting against the agreed indicators;
∎ Works well in and promotes teamwork, comfortable and flexible environment;
∎ Demonstrated experience of working closely with support functions like finance and logistics, procurement planning;
∎ Independent, positive, can-do attitude and result oriented;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office as well as familiar to use ERP like Oracle;
∎ Job Location : Joydebpur, Gazipur
