∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Master’s/BSC in Textile from reputed University.

∎ Ability to interact and build relationships work as a team having strong presentation and delivery skills to detail and accuracy and Special prefer will be given for work with Buyer Primark.
∎ Job Location: Chandra(Pollibiddut),Kaliakoir, Gazipur
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in the process, section-wise, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ 2. Maintain and improve product and operation quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support for the factory.
∎ 3. Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product
∎ 4. Develop and maintain quality assurance and control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department and other supporting departments.
∎ 5. Develop a plan, promote, facilitate, and organizes training activities for all respective persons related to product quality and reliability.
∎ 6. Conduct Quality Drills and implement Traffic Quality system on the sewing floor to motivate and ensure right quality at first time.
∎ 7. Implement CAPA- Corrective Action Preventive Action to drive the factory towards more preventive actions.
∎ 8. To provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to achieve customers quality standard, i.e. line set up, machinery adoption, production methods, work-aid, QC/QA system and ongoing presence.
∎ 9. Continuously review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making a recommendation for improvement as appropriate for the Garments factory.
∎ 10. Responsible for buyers any quality inspection failing; final inspection, in-process/inline quality audit, and inspection.
∎ 11. Coordinate with production, IE, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ 12. Responsible for customer (buyer) quality claim and giving on-time customer feedback in any quality issue.
∎ 13. Responsible for all Technical Audit and implementation of customer technical requirements.
∎ 14. Should have knowledge of all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ 15. Implement QC tools, lean manufacturing, and quality visualization.
∎ 16. Other tasks assigned by Management.
