• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / B.Sc. in IPE / MBA / BBA

• Proficient in communication (English & Bangla).
• Expertise in Production and Operations Management.
• In-depth knowledge of Woven Home Textile Manufacturing processes.
• Skilled in Industrial Engineering (IE) and Line Balancing.
• Strong focus on Cost Control and Process Optimization.
• Experienced in Quality Control and Buyer Audit management.
• Effective in Team Leadership and People Management.
• Well-versed in Woven Production, SMV, Consumption, and IE concepts.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and floor management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage production pressure and ensure on-time shipment.
• Strong understanding of Compliance and Buyer Audit standards.

• Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.

• Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.

• Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.

• Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.

• Providing guidelines & instructions to sub-ordinates to achieve high productivity with required quality level

• To check & monitor the manpower utilization of the department/sections to assure that it gives the maximum benefits to the company.

• Provide best cost minimization plan to sub-ordinates & achieve it combinedly.

• Ensure cost reduction by reducing wastage, rejection, alteration, over production & working extra hour.

• To arrange pre-production meetings for all new styles before starting production.

• To ensure a smooth workflow with properly managed supply chain of fabrics and accessories.

• Monitor the disturbance of achieving daily production target.

• To plan and maintain a minimum workforce required for the stitching plan and the forecasted shipment plan.

• To check and verify all required stitching and packing accessories are available as per stitching plan.

• Ensure production achievement Shift wise/ Machine wise/ Process wise Production.

• Ensure minimum wastage and keeping data of wastage Shift wise/ Process wise.

• Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.

• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
