Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Any Discipline, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry/ Chemical, Master of Arts (MA) in Any Discipline
∎ Masters in Chemistry/ Chemical will get preference.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objective:
∎ Plans and Directs the day to day operation of the MCD.
∎ Monitoring Inventory Management.
∎ Comply Social Compliance and QMS at MCD.
∎ Ensure Company Policy and Objectives.
∎ Maintain MCD Staff's job result by training ,counselling and discipling employees.
∎ Manage all controllable costs to operations profitable.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Complete Materials Control Division (MCD) operational requirements by scheduling and assign employees, following up on work results.
∎ Maintain Materials Control Division (MCD) staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
∎ Maintain Inventory Levels and required new item's.
∎ Ensure Standards for quality, customer service and health and Safety are met.
∎ Follow up Stock register and consumption report.
∎ Follow Up Storing spares and chemicals as per compliance.
∎ Keep accurate Physical Inventory monthly and yearly.
∎ Ensure to follow Storage, Transportation, Labelling & Handling procedure on Chemical.
∎ To ensure all issues and delivery on time.
∎ As HOD additional responsibilities as needed.
∎ Report to GM- Admin, HR & Compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Leadership Skill.
∎ Sound knowledge in Vat-Tax.
∎ Capability to handling Custom Bonds.
∎ Smart Communication Skill.
∎ Fluent in English.
∎ Should have at least 10 years working experience in Woven Textile.
∎ Should have at least 2 years experience as same position.
∎ Sound knowledge chemical purchase, Transportation, Maintenance, GHS Guide lines, Conduct risk assessment.
