Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from recognized university in any discipline.
∎ MBA/ PGDSM with major in Marketing will be a preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong Knowledge on 100% Export oriented Spinning Mills business process (yarn costing, production, supply chain management & L/C, etc.).
∎ Follow up raw cotton international market trend and time to time pass the message to the Management /superiors for decision making.
∎ Liaison with the buyers from selling to final realization.
∎ Train up new employees regarding marketing, commercial & production related affairs under the direction of the superiors.
∎ Coordinate to get Party Acceptance, Bank Acceptance, Payment & Cash Incentive etc.
∎ Ensure excellent customer relationship.
∎ Daily, Weekly and monthly report preparation to achieve goal.
∎ Provide prompt feedback regarding all types of quality problem.
∎ Planning for continuous development of the brand image of the product.
∎ Collect information of the competitors for decision making.
∎ To Manage ERP/LC Management software.
∎ Always provide prompt feedback of the buyer's queries through Email.
∎ Implement the business strategies for the maximization of profit.
∎ Always ready to serve any kind of challenging task provided by the Management/superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali.
∎ Good Command on Computer : MS Office
∎ Very good interpersonal skill.
