Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, profitability and to ensure consistent and sustainable growth through efficient management of overall sales operations, by providing necessary strategic input, implementing strategic decisions and performing necessary periodic follow-up.
∎ Provide the subordinates with necessary motivation.
∎ Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Lead the marketing team for ensuring maximum output.
∎ Determine promotional activities for creating brand image.
∎ Achieving the target of business.
∎ Identify potential market segments, ensure the provision of opportunities and convert opportunities into sales.
∎ Hard and soft selling through ads, tele-marketing, internet etc.
∎ Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target of the company.
∎ Conduct site visits with customers.
∎ Prepare sales reports in prescribed formats for management.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to discharge responsibilities & be result oriented.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 07 year(s) & 02 year(s) in the same position.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bengali & sound computer proficiency.
