Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have BBA/ MBA in any discipline with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & supervise a strong marketing team and extend support to develop policies & procedures and adding value to business growth.
∎ Ensure to prepare yearly, quarterly and monthly marketing plan & budget for seven enterprises in consider to growth targets and business objectives.
∎ Use creativity as well as a strong marketing skills base in order to come with unique but sound proposals to develop the relationships and business with large influential customers.
∎ Support Sales team to achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
∎ Supervise the timely delivery of all communication tools including ATL, BTL, TTL and Digital media.
∎ Plan, implement and monitor the different communication strategy to do product positioning.
∎ Analysis market, consumer and competitive information to know new market opportunities for portfolio development and set the new promotional offer for existing and potential market.
∎ Participate to fair, exhibitions, activation for promotion & direct interaction with consumers to achieve brand objectives.
∎ Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
∎ Check with laws in the country to make sure all our promotional material and activities are following the local laws and regulations.
∎ Develop product packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotional strategies, pricing strategies, price fixation, cost analysis & improve profitability as planed & company standard.
∎ Fill up portfolio gaps through strategic alliances from internal or suitable external sources. Directs training & development and performance evaluations to develop and control marketing programs.
∎ Frequent field visit is mandatory to follow up the marketing activities.
∎ Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 05 years in Management positions in Sales & Marketing will be given preference.
∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to be an effective and credible voice internally and externally when presenting findings
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
∎ Must have to skill of multitasking
∎ Must have to work under pressure
