∎ Age at most 40 years.
∎ 5 to 6 years as a AGM/ DGM of a reputed Real Estate Development Company in Bangladesh·
∎ Hard working and proactive·
∎ Strong negotiation skill·
∎ Highly confident, strong business sense and industry expertise·
∎ Natural ability and flair to persuade and influence the decision making process of potential clients·
∎ Excellent inter personal and communication skill·
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close·
∎ Ability to complement performance of the Sales team with cross functional coordination and communication as and when required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales target and contribute to the sales growth on a monthly basis.
∎ Managing, mentoring, objective setting and performance monitoring of members of the Sales team.
∎ Prepare and submit sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic revenue forecasts to the management.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Regularly update self and the team in respect of product knowledge, features and amenities of company projects.
∎ Train and prepare a pool of efficient sales personnel having sound product knowledge and professional skill.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through rapport with Clients.
