- Skill : Excellent negotiation and communication skills, Leadership and team management
- abilities.
- Very good knowledge in MS Office Application and Ability's to lead S&M team during emergency.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Must have experience in 100% Export Oriented Woven Fabrics Manufacturer & Exporter manufacturing industry.
- To deal with the Senior Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
- Independent Correspondence with Developing Buyer and Costing during order negotiation with Buyer.
- Must have a good connection with renowned customers - local Buying agents & Overseas Buyers - to run the business independently to fulfil prevailing factory capacity.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company visibility and meet business objectives.
- To follow up running orders, all approvals including samples and accessories, PP meetings and fabric status in order to start production and on time shipment.
- •Keeping close follow-ups within the team regarding all kinds of Development & Production Sampling and ensuring submission as per the buyer's deadline.
- Monitoring the production & follow-up of all the Shipments scheduled. Close liaise with Planning, Coordination, Technical and Compliance teams to complete respective tasks properly.
- Prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics and present findings to senior management.
- Set and achieve sales targets by collaborating with the sales and marketing team.
