∎ The incumbent must be MBA/ Master in Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Customer Visit and follow up.
∎ Creating new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Prepare daily work report as well as closing report at the weekend.
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the sales and Marketing Department.
∎ Develop Struggles to increase of residential plot sales.
∎ Develop Struggles to increase of residential apartment sales.
∎ Time to time report to the supervisor.
∎ Able to find some new corporate house who will be eligible to buying our product.
∎ To create a strong data base and able to handle it indecently.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ To find out the performance gap of non-achiever and guide them to achieve the next target.
∎ To ensure that every sales individual creating their own customer database and thus will create a corporate customer bank.
∎ To ensure that every customer service individuals are excellent in telephonic manner & well conversant with the field of customer service.
∎ Finally to evaluate customers' feedback and take positive initiative to enhance customers' satisfaction.
∎ To prepare Monthly target and also monthly target vs. achievement report in the basis of collection individuals.
∎ Any other task assigned by the team leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The priority will be given for them who are experience in Land/Plot Selling Companies.
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect, strong work ethic,
∎ Should be diplomatic, team and service oriented.
∎ At least 3 years of working experience in similar position.
∎ Should be a computer literate.
Salary: Negotiable
