Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
∎ Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve individual and team sales goals.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, brand standards & carry out the instructions of principles.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.
∎ Ensure profitability of individual outlets.
∎ Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
∎ Analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
∎ Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations and take corrective actions as necessary.
∎ Develop annual budgets and financial plans in collaboration with the senior management team.
∎ Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
∎ Maximize profitability through effective cost management and revenue optimization strategies.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators for management review.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience (at least 8-10 years) in a senior management role within the luxury watch and jewellery retail industry.
∎ Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
∎ In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
∎ Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
