• The position is responsible for leading the Innovation and R&D function of a large-scale knitting composite mill, driving product development, trend-based innovation, and customer-centric solutions to support sustainable business growth.
• Oversee the development of innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective product portfolios aligned with market trends, customer expectations, and seasonal forecasts to drive business growth.
• Supervise the Innovation and R&D department of a 15+ ton capacity knitting composite mill, ensuring operational efficiency, timely delivery, and alignment with company goals.
• Independently duplicate customer-submitted samples with precision and develop tailored product ranges to win new business and retain existing clients.
• Continuously analyze market trends, fashion forecasts, and customer feedback to guide strategic product development and innovation roadmaps.
• Ensure structured training and skill development programs for the team to maintain high product quality, innovation, and on-time execution.
• Establish proper documentation and record-keeping systems to guarantee reproducibility of samples during bulk production without deviations.
• Undertake special tasks assigned by management and proactively focus on new fashion trends, sustainability, capacity utilization, and pricing strategies.
