Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, Accounts, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking, PhD in CA Part-II Level / ACA / ACMA / ACCA
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan set up and implement accounting & financial operational procedures and internal controls procedures for the company's Construction & Commodity wings financial management.
∎ Solving complex accounting issues or assists other personnel in solving financial issues.
∎ Accounts related to all sort of Purchase/FDBP/PC/Bank Loan etc.)
∎ In consultation with the Department Head monitoring Fixed assets, Inventories, Receivable, Payable & other general accounting function implement, modify and document record keeping and accounting systems.
∎ Maintain all books of accounts, register, general ledger etc. following accounting standard and accounting principles and policies of organization the provision of IAS, IFRS as well as companies Act, 1994.
∎ Ensure compliance with set accounting and reporting standards.
∎ Supervises financial statement preparation & timely reporting to concern authorities.
∎ Adopt different type of planning and time to time incorporate such to the financial statement.
∎ Submission of VAT and Tax returns as per NBR rules and regulations for Construction & Commodity sector.
∎ Ensure timely reporting to management of all financial information.
∎ Network / connection with the bank, vendors & technical teams.
∎ Reconciliation of transaction of other concern.
∎ Budgeting & budgeting control.
∎ Monitoring & Controlling different department expenses in line with budget.
∎ Monitoring company's cash balance / cash flow & reporting to the management.
∎ Monthly closing financial statement & timely reporting to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in multi dimension l business experience
∎ Play crucial role in organization development, strategic planning, proposal development and proper fund utilizing.
∎ Formulating and implementing various financial policies regarding financial control and looking after those.
∎ Coordinating and replying the internal and external auditor's observations and flow up the matters.
∎ Prepares, maintains control, and is responsible for subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and accounts.
∎ The position needs excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capacity to work independently and good computer skills.
