KDS Logistics Ltd., the logistics wing of KDS Group, situated in Chittagong, has been leading the ICD/OFF DOCK industry for a long time with the best-in-class services to its clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AGM/DGM of Accounts & Finance to lead our accounts team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing effective financial strategies to support the company`s growth and profitability.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the company`s financial health and stability.

• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with local, state and national regulations and laws governing financial and tax reporting.

• Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks to the company`s operations and assets.

• Monitor financial performance and key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax regulations. Manage cash flow and financial planning, ensuring the availability of funds as needed.

• Manage the company`s cash flow, including optimizing working capital, monitoring liquidity and ensuring the availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.

• Costing, Fund Management, Investment, Tax, VAT, Banking issue, Annual Budget, Inventory, Business planning analysis, Audit, Cost control, Asset Management, and make companies financial report.

• Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income tax, Corporate Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company Closing, Company Law etc.

• Monitoring the financial performance of the operation, analyze data and prepare reports for the Management.

• Any other responsibility as and when required by the Management.
