∎ Candidates with ACA/FCA qualifications are expected.
∎ Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other basic application knowledge and skills are required.
∎ University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,BRAC University,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Banks, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans and improves the organization's financial health by offering accounting and financial predictions services, creating growth strategies, and supervising staff.
∎ Lead and construct the company's financial strategy and planning.
∎ To develop the organization through strategic planning, implementation of development strategies, policies and practices leading to overall financial management & development.
∎ Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects.
∎ Analyze organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
∎ Encourage strategic thinking and the establishment of functional goals in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Create a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs.
∎ Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
∎ Construct and monitor reliable control systems and ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare and represent monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports with all applicable Financial Accounting Standards, Internal Revenue Service and other relevant regulations.
∎ Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors to ensure that audits are performed according to industry standards.
∎ Lead, direct, monitor, appraise and train the team members of the concerned department.
∎ Performing any other duty as directed by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Candidates must be ACA completed.
∎ The candidate should have the ability to run the financial operations of the company independently.
∎ Sound knowledge of IPPF, IIA Standards, Country's laws and regulations, Risk management, Finance, Accounts, and Compliance.
∎ Advance level of Computer (General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Income Tax and VAT, Tally ERP 9 and Relevant Compliances issues.
