Educational Requirements:
∎ Applicant must be capable of maintaining and handling the entire accounts & finance of the company including banking functions.
∎ CA/ CA(CC) /CMA Partially qualified with Masters/ MBA in Accounting from any public/ reputed private Universities with good academic record.
∎ Candidate must have practical knowledge in maintaining Accounting Software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Garments & Buying House background are preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions.
∎ Develop, generate and manage monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly accounting reports and submitting to the board of directors.;
∎ Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts.
∎ Create management tools that effectively monitor accounting processes.
∎ Analyze the effect of statutory accounting practices and studies regulations and guidance to ensure correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
∎ Assist the accounting team in preparing balance sheet and budget reports.
∎ Generate various analyses and financial reports for the management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare and control the payroll as per policy;
∎ Establish a good Tax & VAT practice as per Act and Ordinance;
∎ Working with VDS (Vat Deduction at Sources) TDS (Tax Deduction at Sources), LC and FR-related issues.
∎ Establish, operate and update the accounting software Tally ERP 9;
∎ Monitor the proper utilization of funds and grants;
∎ Submit all types of returns as required by NBR, NGOAB, Bangladesh Bank, RJSC, etc.
∎ Monitor and manage all accounting operation processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Accounts, Tally Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Multinational Companies, or Group of Companies.
∎ Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) preferable;
∎ Strong interpersonal skill, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
∎ Fluent in writing & speaking in English.
∎ Proven working experience as Accounts Manager/ Deputy Manager;
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do attitude, Able to take challenge.
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours.
