∎ Training/ Trade Course: customs documentation & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure preparing all import & export documents on time.
∎ Follow up with Bank for LC Open, Payment and Documents Collection etc.
∎ Communicate with the C & F Agent
∎ Communicate with the Insurance Company
∎ Follow up with Foreign Supplier & Shipment Schedule
∎ Follow up work with Inventory Department.
∎ Performing necessary and import tasks as instructed by Management.
∎ Follow-up Local and Foreign procurement.
∎ Handle Shipping line and transport-related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import & export procedures;
∎ Present shipping documents to respective custom stations on time;
∎ Custom handling, Export clearance & documentation;
∎ Collect quotations against specific freight forwarders and prepare a comparative statement for specific exportable items.
∎ Liaison with Bank, EPB, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and other organizations related to export and import documentation.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ Preparing L/C Closing statement & report to management.
∎ Ensure managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
∎ Have to make all kinds of commercial documents for shipment
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export/Import as well as payment follow-up.
∎ Ensure preparing and renewal all kinds of Company Certificates from government authorities.
∎ Candidate should be well conversant & practical Experienced in commercial export, Import documents making for a garments factory (Transferring L/C, commercial invoice, packing list, GSP checking, Payment planning L/C marking), overall Export well experienced.
∎ Candidate should Perform to the regulatory formalities (Bank insurance/ Customs) relating to export & Import.
∎ Maintain cooperation with C&F agent, Submit documents to C&F agent as well as customs department to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
∎ Candidate must have the practical working experience in the area of BTB, L/C & collect PRC from Bank, documentation for getting payment in Bank from LC/SC & prepare 7 perform Annual customs audit.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act, export policy bond formalities and other related laws applicable for export & Import as well as all banking terms and documentations.
∎ Have to make close communication with lien Banks for export/Import documentation & for realization of LC payment.
∎ Mail communication with buyer, supplier & others concern for business development purpose, visit customers & meet them for mitigation of business complaints.
∎ Should have a good face below & should have skill to manage people, make good relation with business stake holders.
∎ Should be responsible for work & good sense of humor, hardworking & result orienting, smart & quick at work.
∎ Should have mentality ability to work under pressure, should be flexible for office time & working long hour & any other task assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial, Customer Relation, Export/ Import through L/C, Supply Chain.
∎ Must be good at Computer office program, can make online documentation.
∎ Candidate should have demonstrated experience in Local and foreign export, import, LC/SC issuing from the lien bank, IP & EP getting from Bepza by automation, documentation and overall coordination.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act, Import & export policy bond formalities and other related laws applicable for export & Import.
∎ Handling the annual audit & other customs audit/visit.
∎ Should be hard working & quick learner.
∎
