∎ LLB (Honors)/ LLM from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and manage all aspects of legal risks, defend proactively, all legal issues and provide prompt & appropriate legal services.
∎ To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.A, R.S, City Jorip, Deed, Via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Wakalotnama, Dag, Khatian etc.).
∎ To deal with land related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Tax & VAT, mortgage, registration/deed/agreement/bayna, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. department etc.
∎ To coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as DC Office, AC Land office, Sub-Registry office, Tahshil Office and land dispute court etc.
∎ To provide guidance on proper applications and interpretation of laws and regulations applicable to the business.
∎ To ensure vetting and verification of various legal and Land related documents.
∎ To conduct and monitor different legal matters associated with company business when required.
∎ To review different internal policies and procedures in order to be complaint with all legal and regulatory frameworks and maintain check-lists to ensure that compliances are met the same.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Bar Council Membership is required.
∎ Strong Communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good knowledge on Law of Land.
∎ Good knowledge about land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership, contract and company law.
∎ Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement.
∎ Organized with the ability to priorities and focus on what is important.
∎ Familiarity with local & International law.
Salary: Negotiable
