Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates must have profound knowledge and practical experience over Artha Rin Adalat Ain, NI Act and Bank Companies Act.
∎ To prepare Legal Notice, drafting of Plaint & Written Statement.
∎ To handle and monitor daily cases/suits steps.
∎ To maintain Court diary and prepare status of cases/suits.
∎ To communicate with banker/clients on legal issues.
