Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to implement project plan of action
∎ Responsible for designing, organizing and conducting training, orientation programme etc.
∎ Monitoring the field activities through field visits, reporting, interviewing etc.
∎ Responsible to maintain project documentation (report, case story, news etc.)
∎ Responsible for developing TOR for consultants, trainer etc.
∎ Responsible, knowledge and skills on script writing, message developing capacity for IEC material
∎ Organising policy dialogues, press conference, workshop, seminar etc.
∎ Building networking with print and electronic media, journalist etc.
∎ Maintaining regular communication with the government, donor, NGOs, and migrant stakeholders
∎ Prepare quarterly and annual report for the project
∎ Regular reporting to the project coordinator and update the progress of the project activities
∎ Any other task assigned by RMMRU authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Special skill in issue analysis, networking, and national level policy advocacy
∎ Sound understanding of migration and development issues in Bangladesh
∎ Excellent writing skill both in English and Bangla
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
