Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Advocacy, Computer skill, Training
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organization and implementation of comprehensive HRD trainings in two districts each;
∎ Conception of content, methodology and material for the training courses;
∎ Follow-up of trainings in HRD group meetings;
∎ Dialogue with public authorities;
∎ Monitoring of the activities of theatre groups;
∎ Advising HRD and CSO on their advocacy activities with authorities;
∎ Run RTI resource Center, respond to quires of people in relation to RTI and other public services, monitor and document project activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum three year work experience in NGOs
∎ Excellent oral & writing skill in English and Bangla
∎ Basic knowledge in Computer & Data entry in customized software and familiar with MS. Word, Excel, Email & Browsing
∎ Knowledge on RTI and CSO platform.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving licenses.
Salary: Tk. 28000 - 30000 (Monthly)
