∎ The Advocacy and Communication Officer will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the communications and advocacy strategies to increase the visibility of the project and its issues of minority rights. S/he will be responsible for planning and communication related support in the efficient and effective execution of project activities. In carrying out her/his responsibilities, S/he will develop communication materials and tools and provide necessary information among all the stakeholders. S/he will support the partner to design the advocacy issues to promote minority rights and will also work closely with project team in documenting and dissemination of the project learning and best practices in professional manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of experience in development sector with at least 3 years of experience in a technical position and demonstrated capacity to advocacy and communication support in large critical project.
∎ Commitment to the organizational values, working with marginalized groups, and inclusive development.
∎ Experience and skill in guiding, advising and training diverse groups on the design and use of communication and advocacy tools and processes.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and networking skills with the ability to collaborate and build alliances internally and externally.
∎ Strong influencing skills and experience of challenging effectively.
∎ Experience in handling of project communication and advocacy when multiple stakeholders are involved.
∎ Highly organized with the ability to manage large, complex pieces of work with multiple partners and stakeholders and to produce key deliverables on time.
∎ Experience and skill in stakeholder management and consortia working and beneficiaries feedback mechanism.
∎ Familiarity with European Union's branding and visibility guidelines strongly preferred.

Salary:
∎ Annual Salary: BDT. 1,639,428.00 gross per annum + medical reimbursement, provident fund, gratuity, life and medical insurance
