• Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding study abroad options.

• Guide students on suitable courses, universities, and career paths based on their profiles and preferences.

Application Assistance:

• Assist students in completing application forms, gathering necessary documents.

• Track application status and follow up with universities or institutions.

Visa Guidance:

• Help students understand visa requirements and support them through the application process.

• Schedule mock interviews and provide training for visa interviews.

Communication & Follow-up:

• Respond to student inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to ensure smooth processing.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.

• Attend and represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and workshops.

Documentation & Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of student profiles, application statuses, and visa outcomes.

Up-to-date Knowledge:

• Stay updated with changes in education policies, visa regulations, and admission processes across countries.
