• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age 23 to 35 years
• Only Female

• Assist the team with incoming phone calls and client queries (via phone, text and email)
• Day to day management of calendars for client appointments
• Assist the team to action incoming mail
• Onboarding and offboarding of clients
• Preparation of engagement letters and fee proposals.
• Compile Year End Packages for completed compliance work (Financial Statements and Tax Returns)
• Lodgement of tax returns and activity statements in Xero.Updating and maintaining XPM/database records
• Invoicing and debtor management including liaising with clients
• Information Technology (IT) Support; act as internal point of contact for Team
• Liaise with external IT provider and other third party software providers
• Assistance with maintenance of the practice management database and systems
• Assist with development of firm policies and procedures as required
• Liaise with ATO, ASIC and other Government bodies as required
• Assist the team with ASIC corporate compliance
• Assist the team with document management.
