∎ MBA/Master's degree from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft formal reports, letters as per the instruction of the concerned authority.
∎ Maintain official files, records, and information in a proper manner.
∎ Prepare agenda and minutes for meeting/conference.
∎ Update HR database on time.
∎ Manage all the administrative issues including transport, accommodation, legal matter, regulatory affairs, safety, and security of the concern.
∎ Regularly review and update company internal policy.
∎ Any other duties as and when entrusted by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given to an experienced individual as an administrative officer of a Hospital.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Should have sound knowledge on ERP Software.
∎ Must be proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
∎ Should have the quality to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
∎ Must be fluent in English (oral and written).
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
