∎ Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field with at least 1 year of professional experience in relevant field

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
∎ Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
∎ Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
∎ Office assets management & ensure equipment and amenities are in order
∎ Follow up and supervise any repairs/renovations of the organization
∎ Technical troubleshooting (ensure office is running smoothly e.g., laptops, printer, internet etc.).
∎ Monitoring routine office admin activities by managing day to day work of the cleaning & maintenance team.
∎ Look for necessary vendors and suppliers when requested and producing list from the chosen vendors with quotations of goods/services for admin related items
∎ Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
∎ Procurement management by following the company regulations (PRF, Quotation, Work Order)
∎ Purchase & maintain stock register for office stationery, materials, equipment, and furniture etc.
∎ Organize meetings and take detailed minutes
∎ Front desk management & payment receive from clients if needed
∎ Implement health & safety policies, rules and norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe and secured for employers, employees and visitors.
∎ Organize company events or conferences.
∎ Any other job assigned by management, head of the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of office management systems and procedures
∎ Must have the strong sense of responsibility and to work independently
∎ Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
∎ Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
∎ Must follow all the safeguarding, code of conduct and organizational health and safety procedures and policies
∎ Must have experience in the following area(s): Purchase, Office Maintenance, Inventory Management
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Yearly Inflation Adjustment
