Responsibilities & Context:

BrainGame Academy is an IT Training Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Telesales Executive to manage administrative operations and drive student enrollment through effective telesales strategies. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is organized, persuasive, and committed to achieving monthly admission targets while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

  • Collect phone numbers and leads from social media platforms and update lead information into Google Sheets accurately.

  • Conduct follow-up calls and messages to potential students to encourage enrollment.

  • Handle incoming calls and provide course-related information to students and guardians.

  • Consult with walk-in students and their guardians, offering course guidance and admission support.

  • Complete admission formalities including admission form fill-up and issuance of money receipts.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission targets.

  • Maintain up-to-date student admission files and follow up on due payments.

  • Manage mentor class attendance sheets and update records regularly.

  • Communicate class schedules and reminders to mentors and students in a timely manner.

  • Maintain daily records of income and expenses, and prepare monthly financial statements.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla (and English is a plus).

  • Proficient in using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and Facebook tools.

  • Ability to multitask, meet targets, and manage time effectively.

  • Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality with a customer-focused attitude
