• Experience in IT training centers preferred
• Background in telecommunication customer support will be an added advantage
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in Tele sales, preferably in an IT training center.
• Must have clear and polite voice in Bangla (No local accent).
• Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Capable of multitasking and managing pressure
• Familiarity with tele sales or call center experience preferred
• Maintain company rules and professional behavior

BrainGame Academy IT Training Center & Freelancing Institute is hiring Telesales Executives (Female) who are passionate about communication, sales, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote training courses

• Handle incoming customer queries regarding courses and offers

• Provide accurate information and maintain detailed records of interactions

• Convince and convert leads into enrolled students

• Follow up with interested clients and ensure satisfaction

• Maintain google sheets records and report daily updates

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Basic Salary: BDT 10,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives upon achieving monthly student enrollment targets
