Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome and greet to all visitors, Clients, and Officials
∎ Response Appropriately regarding queries and requirements
∎ Answering all phone Calls, Keep Notes, forward to the concerned department as required
∎ Monitor Pre-Scheduled entry of visitors and acknowledged after visitor arrival
∎ Receive letters, parcels and send them to the concerned person on time
∎ Receive all Newspaper and distribute them to concerned person / Floor
∎ Preserve the PABX contact Number of all officials of the tenants
∎ coordinate with different departments of the corporate office and other tenants of Corporate Office
∎ Provide guidelines to visitors for standing in the queue/waiting area
∎ Complete data entry procedure, provide visiting card, and send to the concerned officials/department
∎ Communicate with the concerned person for visitor approval of non scheduled Support all kinds of admin activity in the front office management
∎ Coordinate & supervise to housekeeping and gardening staffs
∎ Coordinate all kinds of programs for the organization
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
