Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise logistical support for meetings, workshop, staff travel, visa etc.
∎ Make appointments for Green Hill senior management team with local partners and authorities as needed
∎ Manage travel arrangements for staff and visitors, including ticketing, logistics, and accommodation
∎ Follow daily office administration
∎ Support program team in field operations
∎ Communication and dealing with local authorities
∎ Keep updated on local security in Cox's Bazar and inform senior management as needed
∎ Assist Finance Coordinator in bank related transactions
∎ Ensure that office inventory, logbooks, and fuel consumption charts are updated on a regular basis
∎ Monitor office and field facilities including maintenance and improvements
∎ Develop specifications, cost implications, and logistics for safe delivery of supplies received from donors
∎ Follow procurement procedures to ensure complete documentation and compliance with GH's and donor's procurement policies
∎ Ensure all program materials/ distribution are properly tracked, recorded and reconciled
∎ Ensure adequate premises setup and security condition for office and field sites
∎ Purchase office related material in accordance with GH's Procurement guidelines and procedures
∎ Assist in training arrangements of responsible GH's staff with partner organizations
∎ Remain flexible to perform other duties as required by Senior Management and HR/Finance Coordinator
∎ Visit project sites of partners to provide orientation and monitoring of logistics and procurement as necessary
∎ Assist in training local partners on administration, safety, and security when required
∎ Carry out duties in a manner that promotes equity and respect for all GH's local partners by understanding their norms, culture and local context
∎ Sustain good relationships and coordination with local partners, authorities and other relevant organizations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 4 years' experience in admin/logistics in international/local organization
∎ Good presentation skills, writing and analytical skills
∎ Excellent software skills for MS Word, Excel, Power Point
∎ Strong knowledge on local ethnic issues and proven experience in engaging local ethnic organizations
∎ Strong inter-personal skills and ability to establish good working relationships with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds
∎ Willingness to work in remote rural area with challenging living conditions
∎ Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills

Salary: Negotiable
