Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Masters in CSE/TE/ICT or equivalent subject from any reputed University
∎ Bachelor / Master's degree in information systems, information technology, computer science, Telecommunication or similar.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Software development.
∎ Maintain a big volume of Data, data optimization in SQL Server / Oracle.
∎ Monitor, Maintain and enhance the performance of existing Database server, Data backup policy, Data security and database architecture.
∎ Build the necessary data report for the management. Presentation of the data trends visually in the different business scope.
∎ Develop the required applications and manage existing applications.
∎ Reviewing database and user reports, as well as system information.
∎ Mentoring database administrators (DBA) and providing them with technical support.
∎ Communicate with the business partners and enforce SLA.
∎ Manage the Organization email users, email server, email policy and related services.
∎ Manage all other ICT related issues of BGMEA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ At least 10+ Years' experience in managing and supervising a large-scale Information & communication technology (ICT) infrastructure.
∎ Experience in leading, handling DB and large ICT team and optimizing performances of the team members.
∎ Work on the execution of procedures for testing and implementing new applications in the database environment.
∎ Supervision and monitoring Troubleshooting performance with MySQL/ Oracle/ SQL server profiler, Database engine tuning advisor.
∎ Evaluate current and projected database performance and recommend changes and enhancements.
∎ Supervise fixing data conflicts for matters such as naming conventions, data privacy, and data ownership.
∎ Develop software.
∎ Ensure developments and best practices per DBMS trends and related technology.
∎ Perform ICT relevant tasks based on requirements.
∎ Knowledge about email service solution and support.
∎ Experience in Windows, IIS server.
∎ Knowledge about Active directory to manage end user.
∎ Knowledge about Email portal, email server management.
∎ Manage applicable licensing, certification and registration.
∎ Coordinate and follow up vendors on core technical issues.
∎ Ensure the network security of the organisation through implementing required policies.
∎ IT or Telecom related certification will add plus point.
∎ Proficiency in user-level IT system management.
∎ Experience in network management and monitoring.
∎ Knowledge on Planning, provisioning and implementing sustainable ICT solutions.
∎ Experience in ICT infrastructure development and maintenance.
∎ Knowledge on cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud or AWS will be an added benefit.
∎ Exposure to domain control, Google workspace management and Microsoft 365 management.
∎ Knowledge on Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software solution for any large organization.
