Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze accounting data, and produce financial reports or statements.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
Coordinate and support the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
Manage inventory accounting and oversee the financial transactions related to the depot.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
Prepare and file tax returns and handle other regulatory compliance matters.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
