Job Context:
∎ Accounts Officer for Roots Venture Ltd. (Manufacturing, Trading and Renewable Energy Business)
∎ Job Location: Baitul Aman Housing Society, Adabor, Mohammadpur, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bill, Vouchers, Bank posting & reconciliation.
∎ To follow up & maintain BR data i.e. (Document preparation Acceptance receiving & submission to bank etc.)
∎ Prepare check requisition & submit to senior for further process.
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly report. Prepared LC & Others Documents.
∎ Checking Commercial Invoice, proforma Invoice, Master L/C,
∎ Maintain LC, Bill of Exchange & other statements.
∎ Preparing Balance Sheet, budgeting and control the whole accounts of the company
∎ Preparing Balance Sheet, budgeting and control the whole accounts of the company.
∎ Adequate knowledge about Tax and VAT related issues and maintain correspondence with NBR.
∎ Prepare annual budget of the company with collaboration of Sales and Production team.
∎ Maintain inventory system of all productive items and acquisition of fixed items.
∎ Capacity to maintain overall accounts of company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 1-year experience in Small or Medium Business Farm/ Trading Company.
∎ Experienced candidate will be given preference.
∎ Good communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Capacity to driving motorcycle in Dhaka city and valid driving license
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
