Job Context:
∎ Roots venture Limited is looking to hire a fulltime we developer specializing in programing and customization of E-commerce solution. Our new product different kind of bag manufacturing in the country namely URBAN Le.. We need to develop a complete E-commerce platform and maintaining business for marketing bags.
∎ Must have minimum 3+ years` experience on e-commerce business, including digital knowledge in:
∎ Web traffic and driving online sales and re-strategizing all digital channel management
∎ Creating huge growth in customers, sales and satisfaction
∎ Leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email. Social media inventory/pre-orders or display advertising campaigns and have ability to take responsibility of overall business health of key products and services
∎ Working with product management, be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance with digital brand marketing on the E-Commerce platform.
∎ Deliver a strategic approach in driving ongoing traffic and promotions to generate sales revenues and build brand awareness across different markets.
∎ Partner with the merchant and planning teams to define and optimize the web daily marketing calendar
∎ Setting up and optimizing media campaign
∎ Managing website analytics tools, HTML. CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Business Development, Ecommerce is preferable and Ecommerce Marketing
∎ Candidate should be well skilled in English in terms of oral and written.
∎ Candidate has to be part of a very small driven team.
∎ The candidate has to be creative and takes committed to his responsibilities.
∎ Candidate should be passionate about the world of e-commerce business and simultaneously should have operational experience in this field.
∎ Should be always alert on the topics that make in the buzz.
∎ Should have experience on oversee order processing, picking, packing, and logistics operations.
∎ Self-drove for continuous technical improvements to the e-commerce platform.
∎ Ensure reconciliation of accounts which are receivable from the partners.
