∎ Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and statements.
∎ Transaction Management: Process and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
∎ Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring actual performance against budgeted figures.
∎ Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regulatory bodies.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Audits: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
∎ Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
