Our commitment to excellence has established us as a trusted name in the market. We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team in Chattogram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements as per IAS & IFRS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations within the targeted time.
  • General Ledger Management & Monitoring Financial Transactions: Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes. Monitor routine jobs like voucher entry, bill processing, cash handling, party payments etc.; through knowledge and application of cost control including standard costing, variance analysis.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company Closing, Company law, etc.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Inventory Tracking: Track, record,evaluate and analyze the inventory data as per IAS-2. Prepare inventory reports on a regular basis. 
  • Budgeting and Forecasting of Sales : Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making of sales data.
  • Payroll Management: Prepare the month end payroll complying with the company policies adjusting TDS & other necessary adjustments.  
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support financial planning and analysis activities.
